Almost all departments have access to a Xerox multifunction device and many employees need to print private documents.  Documents will often become mixed other jobs due to high volumes of printing.  It's easier to keep your job separated and private using the secure print feature of the Xerox multifunction device.

1. Choose File > Print then select Printer Properties (some applications call it Preferences).
2. At the printer properties window, select Secure Print as the Job Type (it should be the first option you see on the Paper/Output tab).
3. A second window will appear and ask you to create a 4 digit PIN.
   
4. Select OK to close the printer properties window.  Select Print to send the device to the physical printer.
5. At the printer, press the Job Select button at the left hand side of the control panel.  Your job should be listed in the Incomplete Queues list.
6. Select the job you'd like to print and use the keypad to enter your PIN.
