What is the USF OneCard?
The USF OneCard is a multi-functional card that serves as your official University of Saint Francis ID. Your OneCard is necessary for accessing residence halls, services at Lee and Jim Vann Library, meal plans, meal points, bookstore points, and aux points. Students, staff and faculty should carry their USF OneCard with them at all times while on campus.
How do I add money to my OneCard?
You may add money to your OneCard's aux points by depositing money in the Card Value Centers, which act like ATM machines. The Cash Value Centers are located on the second floor in Pope John Paul II Center and the main floor of Doermer Health Sciences. The machines accepts the following denominations: $1, $5, $10 and $20.
If you have registered your USF OneCard online, you may add money to your account with a credit card. Visit the USF OneCard site to manage your OneCard online.
You may also visit the Business Office located in Trinity 100 with cash or check.
How do I check my USF OneCard balance?
Visit the USF OneCard site to view your balances and account summaries. You will need to register your card online before managing your account.
Can the remaining money on my USF OneCard be refunded?
You may receive a refund of your aux points if you are withdrawing or graduating from the university. Refund requests must be submitted to the Business Office located in Trinity 100.
Can I get a refund if I lose money in the Card Value Center?
You may request a refund from the Business Office located in Trinity 100.
What should I do if I lose my USF OneCard?
You should immediately contact Security at (260) 399-7888 to report the card lost or stolen. You may also report the missing card online using the account management features. There may be replacement fees for replacing lost or stolen cards.
