Since Android devices can look and act differently, these instructions may not fit for all Android devices.  However, the settings themselves will be identical.

1. Find your Settings, then select Accounts & Sync.  (Alternatively, you may open your Email app. Press the Menu button (looks like a list icon) and choose Accounts.  Select the Menu button again to find Add Account.)
2. Select Add Account.
3. Choose either Corporate or Microsoft Exchange.
4. Enter your full email address and your password.  Select Next.
5. Enter your full email address in the Domain\Username field, enter your password, and finally enter m.outlook.com as the server.  Select Next.
6. You should now be prompted to choose which parts of your account to synchronize.
